Physical Description Medium size dog with head that is square. The eyes are large, round and yellow to brown in color. The ears are drop and of medium size. The nose is brown and the tail is docked and is carried straight or slightly raised. |
Temperment This breed intelligent, affectionate and very friendly. They general do very well with children as well as other dogs and even cats when socialized early on. The wirehaired pointing griffon can also be protective of its family if a stranger was to approach but they will welcome family and friends with out any problems. |
Training This breed needs consistent training but is a quick lerner and shouldn't be hard to train at all |
Living Conditions This breed is not recommended for apartment life as they required lots of exercise and room to run and play outdoors. |
Grooming Regular brushing needed and may need the hair between the pads on the feet trimmed. |
Exercise Needs to run 1-2 hours each day |
