Physical Description
Medium-size dog with a muscular, racy, square build. The neck is long and the hear is triangular with a tapering muzzle that is even in length with the skull. The ears are triangular drip ears and the eyes are brown.

Temperment
Aloof with strangers and not always suitable with small children. The sloughi is content in a quiet enviorment. They do make a faithful companion.

Training
This breed is sensitive and needs calm handling. They are usually easily trained if done correctly

Living Conditions
Not an apartment dog.

Grooming
Brush on occasion, only little grooming needed

Exercise
The Sloughi needs daily exercise either by long walks or being allowed to run freely in large fenced area.

Short, smooth coat

Usually come in Various Shades of a Sandy Color or in Roan but other colors do exist
