Physical Description
Medium to large size dog that is slender, muscular, and elegant. It has a long, narrow head with dark eyes, black or liver nose and long drop ears. It has a deep chest with long, curved tail.

Temperment
Noble dog with mind of its own. They are wary of strangers and should never be kept with other non-canine animals due to their natural instinct to hunt. They can however get along with other dogs and are a friendly family companion

Training
Highly difficult to train. This breed will never be perfectly obedient

Living Conditions
Not an apartment dog.

Grooming
Brush on occasion especially on the longer-haired areas

Exercise
Highly energetic and needs pleny of daily exercise
