Physical Description Medium size, squarly built dog with a long narrow head and long muzzle. The nose is black, Eyes are brown, Ears are prick with the top third folded over. The tail is long and carried high and curved. |
Temperament An energetic dog that likes to bark. They are not the best breed to have with small children, however a well brought up Pumi should do ok with children. This breed tends to be wary of strangers. |

Living Conditions Would do best with an active family in a rural or suburban home. |
Grooming Brush coat once a week and remove excess hair from inside of ears. |
Exercise This dog is best suited on a farm where it can exercise itself. However if not on a farm the dog would benefit from being exercised daily. This breed sometimes will enjoy agility and flyball |
