Temperment
Breed is still used as a protector of sheep and cattle. They have a unique voice and tend to threaten first and greet later. They also make a good watchdog for that reason.. They are affectionate with their owners but are always wary of strangers. |
Living Conditions
Not recommended in apartment, these dogs need at least a large yard. |
