Physical Description
Small, square dog. It has a large, broad skull and the muzzle is equal in length. The eyes are deep set, large and round. Ears are medium size and pendent. Tail is medium length and curled over the back.

Temperament
The Lowchen is cheerful and playful. They are always eager to please and should cause no problems with children or other household pets.

Training
These dogs usually learn quickly and are not too difficult to train

Grooming
Brush and comb the coat regularly to keep it tangle free. This dog is usually clipped in the breed style even if not shown.

Exercise
Low activity level. Average demand for exercise.. This dog can easily adapt to your lifestyle. They will enjoy long walks, but will still be happy even if you can't walk them at times..
