Physical Description
Large, powerful dog with a broad head and muzzle.
The eyes are dark and the ears are naturally drop and the tail is long. |
Temperment
Friendly, docile & very gentle. This affectionate breed is excellent with children. They are very loyal to their family but may be difficult to train. The newfie usually does well with other animals but may show aggression with other male dogs. They do tend to drool alot. |

Grooming
Brush 2 times a week. This breed loves to swim and should have their ears cleaned and dried after they swim. |
