Origin United States In 1982 a farm cat in Dallas, Oregan had a litter of kittens. One of which was completely bald. At 8 weeks old, the kitten started growing its coat which was curly and soft. Linda Kuehl, the founder of the breed, continued to produce curly coated kittens over the years. These cats became the basis for this breed.. |
