40 to 50 pounds & 22 to 25 inches tall at the shoulders

A fairly healthy breed but may be some cases of Epilepsy and Skin Allergies

Physical Description
The East Siberian Laika has as broad skull and heavy bone structure. The eyes are slanted and are dark in color

Temperament
Calm and even tempered dog that makes a good companion. They are not recommended in a family with small children or other small pets.

It can be trained in obedience

Grooming
Minimal grooming needed. Comb to remove dead hairs. Dog is a heavy shedder

Exercise
Needs alot of exercise and should be exercised of leash

Coat Texture
Medium-short topcoat covers a dense, waterproof undercoat.
