Temperament Friendly, sociable and affectionate. They are shy, yet curious. The Deutsche Brackes are resonably obedient and are excellent hunting dogs. They usually do just fine with other dogs, children and even cats, but should be introduced to them when young. |

Living Conditions Would probably do best in a rural area, They should be kept on leash or in a fenced yard at all times due to their hunting instincts |
