Physical Description Large, muscular dog with long, broad head and deep square muzzle. The ears are medium length and and fold forward as they drop. The eyes are large and dark and the chest is deep and the tail is long, set high and sicle shaped. |
Temperament The Bluetick Coonhound is usually good with children. They have a strong instinct to tree animals. Some individuals in the breed may show aggression with other dogs , but it not the norm for the breed in general |
